Returns

At SOLAZ, every purchase has the option to exchange it for another size or color. The customer has up to 3 business days to send us the merchandise to be exchanged.

Items to be returned must be in purchased condition, with their original labels and packaging and WITHOUT the sanitary sticker or signs of use.

Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

SOLAZ will not be responsible for merchandise damaged or lost during the shipping process to us.

We suggest using companies that allow you to track your shipments.
